This is all about YOU. What you need and don’t need when it comes to handling HR matters. We really get it– you don’t want to have to deal with “HR” stuff. Our mission has been to create the tools and resources you need to make HR easy to handle and understand so you can move on to the “good” stuff.

And you’ve already done your due diligence after taking our HR 101 Making Compliance Easy course and feel confident that your documentation is all in order and will pass that audit with flying colors.

First of all, we hate to see you go. However, if you really feel you must cancel membership, just drop us a note at email@example.com and we will cancel your membership within 24-48 business hours–no hassle. Once your membership is cancelled, you will no longer have access to the contents in the member products area.
Due to the digital nature of the products, including immediate access to them, there is no refund for the memberships. Therefore, we strongly suggest you maintain your membership until it is about to expire, so that you can continue to access the ever-growing library of products.
Calling all business owners, managers, department heads, business newbies, old hats, and mid-lifers! Listen, our entire mission is to make HR as easy for you as it can be. So whether you have zero HR experience or years of HR experience, these products are for you.
Our HR Kits include an audio podcast with instructions on how to use each component of the kit and everything is customizable to suit your needs. Our HR Courses include several short videos that explain the concepts, processes and even case studies and come with downloadable checklists and templates that you can customize and use immediately.
You choose membership levels based on the content you need for your business.
We love that our clients are so diverse and have shared their experiences with us. This has allowed us to create a variety of options for you to choose from. Not only do we have 3 membership levels to choose from, but we also offer you the option to get to know us and our quality quickly and easily by offering you a-la-carte products. Each of our HR kits or HR courses can be purchased individually or as a bundle in one of our membership levels.
We also offer group HR Coaching in our HR Inner Circle program with 3 levels of commitment to choose from to support you via a group monthly call. Topics will be selected based on HR Inner Circle member needs.
Let me count the ways….you have choices on how we can work with you! We have forms, templates and checklists in our HR Kits if you just need the tools. We have training videos and corresponding forms, templates and checklists in our HR Courses if you want step by step guidance. The contents of the HR Kits and the HR Courses are accessible immediately upon purchase so you can go at your own pace.
Sign up for one of our HR Memberships if you need more. If you need ALL the HR Kits, your best option is to become a Discover Member. If you need ALL the HR Courses and all the HR Kits, your best option is to become a Learn Member. And if you need both kits and courses, and want to have access to even more material such as webinars, videos, podcasts and other special insights, we invite you to become a Grow Member.
We also have our on-line Employee Handbook Builder which is a software program in the cloud that easily writes your Employee Handbook policies according to federal and state laws.
If you want to retain us for scheduled monthly calls to discuss human resources issues and general back-up advisors, you can sign up for one of our HR Coaching packages. We offer a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month HR Coaching package. Our 12 month HR Coaching package includes a complimentary Grow Membership.

Each membership level is more valuable because they are upgrades and build upon each other.
The DISCOVER membership contains all of our HR kits and is designed for the person who has some experience in HR processes and requirements and just needs the nitty gritty tools to get organized and set up quickly. An instructional podcast in each kit also makes it simple for someone without any HR experience to hit the ground running.
The LEARN membership contains all of our HR courses and is designed to provide a complete HR newbie with step by step instructions and explanations of legal requirements and best practices and comes with several downloadable resources used in the courses. It’s also a great refresher for newly graduated or experienced HR professionals who want to stay sharp, up-to-date and need to see real work situations and processes in action. The LEARN membership also includes all the content in the DISCOVER membership.
The GROW membership contains all the contents of the DISCOVER and LEARN memberships and is meant to be the most comprehensive set of guidance and tools for the person who is responsible for HR processes and issues in their business. The GROW membership also includes bonus materials such as replays of our speaker event presentations, mini-course videos, and more.

Our servers are located in an offsite data center in the United States.
All data is also backed up daily to a second offsite location in the United States.
Using state-of-the-art and military-grade encryption technology, we are able to process your transactions and store data safely behind protected firewalls.
You can be assured that sensitive data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
- 256-bit SSL encryption between our servers and your computer. Many banks only use 128-bit – we double that.
- Each company’s data is uniquely separated and encrypted in our database.
- Dual-layer firewalls identify and block any intrusion attempts.
- Our data center is centrally located in the USA, and holds the SAS 70 Type II Certification with regular audits.
- To gain entry to the patrolled data center, guests must pass a two-factor authentication process.
- All data is backed up daily using cloud storage to 2 independent data centers in the USA.

Update Employee Handbook annually to stay in compliance with employment laws. When you initially purchase the Handbook Builder you have access to make changes for one year. We strongly recommend that you review your handbook each year to include updates in state and/or federal employment regulations. To maintain access after your first year, you will need to purchase the annual subscription plan for $127. We will automatically renew and charge your account each year so you can continue to keep your Employee Handbook fresh and up-to-date. Don’t get caught with an outdated policy that opens you up to greater liability.

Group HR Coaching Session Procedure:
1. HR Inner Circle Members will hop on all scheduled group calls using the designated phone number for the call at the appointed date and time.
2. The calls/meetings shall be up to 60 minutes in length.
3. The times and dates of the group coaching calls will be determined by The Galatas Group and communicated to all HR Inner Circle Members.
4. If The Galatas Group will be at any other number for a scheduled call, all Inner Circle Members will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Because all of the content for our HR Kits, HR Courses and the Employee Handbook Builder is digital, downloadable and available to you immediately, there are no refunds. If you’d like to experience the quality of our products, be sure to sign up for any of the free resources we offer on our site. This will give you a taste of the wonderful resources inside our paid products.
Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Monthly Calls:
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify The Galatas Group 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. The Galatas Group will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. The Client understands that if it is not possible to reschedule the missed meeting, the session is forfeited.
Each course and kit will be continually evaluated for improvements and updates based on changes to the federal employment laws. As long as you are a customer with us you will have access to updates and changes automatically. You will not be charged any additional fees for those updates.
Cancellation Refund Policy for Retainer Agreement:
At the conclusion of our initial call, if Client feels this is not a good fit, we will issue a full refund, if requested within seven (7) calendar days. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with Cancellation Request in the subject line.
For 12 Month Retainer clients, no refund of the GROW Membership will be issued as it is included in the package. Upon cancellation of the Retainer Agreement, all access to GROW member products area will be removed. Client may purchase the GROW Membership separately if Client wants to retain access.

Confidentiality of Retainer Agreement for each HR Coaching package:
This HR retainer relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with The Galatas Group as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law). The Galatas Group agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Galatas Group will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in The Galatas Group’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by The Galatas Group from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by The Galatas Group without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that The Galatas Group is required by law to disclose.
According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other human resources professionals or clients for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, further human resources professional development and/or consultation purposes.
Yeah, we’re not fans of corporate lingo or legalese either so we’ve done our very best to keep things simple, straightforward and comprehensive. No need to worry—we make HR easy!
If we mutually decide that we are not the best fit to support you, we will discuss alternative solutions, including other HR service providers that may be more suited to your needs.
You’ve come to the right place. We created all of our products to be step by step roadmaps for anyone entering the world of HR for the first time or for the 200th time. Even the most seasoned HR professionals need refreshers sometimes and the best way to do that is to make things clear and simple to use.
Hiring HR professionals is a better solution if you can afford it and you really need to do that. A full time, experienced HR professional can earn well over $100k per year as an employee. HR Consultants hired full time for short projects can also earn that much and more! So, think before you leap to that conclusion.
Working with us through one of our HR Coaching retainer packages may be exactly the right level of support and guidance that you need. Our HR Coaching can be for business owners, managers or even for administrative staff who have been assigned the responsibility of HR tasks and requirements. Some clients need HR Coaching of a higher, strategic level for themselves and their managers PLUS training for their HR administrative staff.
